Lufthansa har ikväll bestämt att flyga någon maskin från Asien till Frankfurt, så vi får hoppas att samma sak kommer igång med Swiss.

Jag har varit i kontakt med Benthe på kontoret flera gånger idag och hon har koll på er bokning. Hon ska jobba till 20:00 imorgon så när vi vet om flighten går eller inte så hjälper hon oss.

Thank you for the reply. We will fly to Bangkok tomorrow arriving 19.25 at BKK with Tiger Airways from Singapore. We hope that the Swiss flight at 23.10 will fly as scheduled.

However, if that is not the case, I assume that we will be prioritized according to (EG) 261/2004. According to that regulation you are obliged to put priority on travelers with children before any other in case of assistans (force majeure does not apply to the prioritization order). Therefore 1st of May 2010 sounds a little bit late.

We will continue immediately to the Swiss office after landing at BKK.
